If you registered by July 3rd  , you should have received your show credentials in the mail.  Once you have the credentials, you can apply your car I.D. window cling, put on your entry bracelets and proceed directly to the show entrance downtown Fredericton. You can claim your goodie bag and any t- shirts that you ordered at the show office trailer located near the Stage in Officers Square.

 

If you registered after July 3rd, or have not registered yet, you can pick up your FredRod credentials that include your car number at the Kinsmen Seniors Centre, 303 Waggoners Ln, Fredericton, NB  that is open;

Thursday August 7, 2pm to 4:45pm

Friday August 8, noon to 7pm

Saturday August 9, 8am to 3pm

Sunday August 10, 8am to noon

 

If you are going on the Thursday evening cruise, we will have show credentials for pre registrations that can be picked up at the starting point, Fredericton Nissan on Bishop Drive from 5pm to 6pm. Please note, the cruise will depart at 6pm sharp.

 

 Fredrod opens to the public Friday at 6pm. From that point on, Queen Street and Carlton Street north of King Street will remain closed for traffic and there will be 24 hour security on site. Cars are free to come and go or may park for the weekend. However vehicles that are displayed on Officers Square must remain where they are parked until the show closes on Sunday at 4pm. Cars can not park on the grass or be moved.  If you are wanting to park on the Square, we recommend arriving early Friday. Keep in mind that

it is not first come first served and you must wait for parking officials to guide cars to where they will park. Officials will be looking for a variety of cars to park in the Square, and there is very limited space.  Parking officials will arrive at the Square 7am Friday morning. We do not guarantee that your vehicle will park on the Square. Officers Square and the adjacent areas will be filled first, then Carleton Street north of Queen will open for exhibitors to park at 1pm.  Queen Street will open shortly after 5pm as soon as the street is cleared. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CREDENTIALS, WITH THE WINDSHIELD STICKER DISPLAYED PRIOR TO ENTERING THE SHOW AREAS. Vehicles that leave can re-enter the show site after 8am Saturday and Sunday morning.

 

There is off site trailer parking available. Please make arrangements prior to parking. If you need a place to park your car trailer, call Jason at 506-238-3250. Limited space is available.

 

The organizing committee has arranged for a private welcome reception Thursday evening for our special celebrities, show sponsors, and local dignitaries. We also drew 20 lucky early registration exhibitors, who received exclusive invitations to the reception. You must have an invitation to attend this event.
